AvatarFlex Terms of Use

1. Not Affiliated With Roblox

AvatarFlex is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and all related names, logos, avatars, thumbnails, and badge icons are trademarks or property of Roblox Corporation, used here only to identify and display publicly available information through Roblox's public APIs. All such assets remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility and Age

The Site is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a minor, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

We do not require accounts and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. The Service, No Robux, No Sales

AvatarFlex does not sell Robux, in game items, memberships, or access to games, and is not a marketplace. Any in site items such as "Flex Coins" are cosmetic, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or Robux, and can be changed or removed at any time.

4. Public Roblox Data and Removal

The Site displays information that is already public on Roblox, similar to viewing a public Roblox profile directly. We do not access private account data.

If you want a Roblox username removed from the Site, contact us and we will block it so it no longer loads on the Site. We may also remove or refuse to display any content at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Site to harass, bully, impersonate, defame, or harm anyone
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate
• Manipulate votes, ratings, rewards, or the leaderboard
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Site using bots or automated tools beyond normal personal use
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Roblox's terms

6. User Generated Content

• You are responsible for any username you enter and any content you generate or submit.
• You agree not to impersonate others or submit inappropriate imagery or text.
• You grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to host, display, and share the content generated through the Site for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.
• We may store, display, moderate, or remove generated content (such as Flex Cards or leaderboard entries) at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The AvatarFlex name, Site design, original text, and blog content are owned by us. Roblox related assets belong to Roblox Corporation. Content generated from a Roblox profile reflects that user's public Roblox data. You may not copy or reuse our original Site content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Advertising and Third Party Links

The Site is free and may display advertising (including Google AdSense) and links to third party sites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, privacy practices, or accuracy of any advertisement or third party site. Your dealings with advertisers or third parties are solely between you and them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or that any data, stats, codes, values, or information shown is accurate, current, or complete. Game codes, values, tier lists, and stats are provided for entertainment and may be estimates or out of date.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvatarFlex and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, content shown on the Site, actions of other users, or third party services or advertisements. Because the Site is free and we collect no payment from you, our total liability to you for any and all claims relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you have paid us to use the Site, which is zero United States dollars (US $0). Where applicable law requires a minimum, our total liability will not exceed fifty United States dollars (US $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AvatarFlex and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of any third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. We may also modify or discontinue the Site or any feature at any time.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us.

To the extent permitted by law, any disputes will be handled on an individual basis, and you agree not to bring or participate in any class or representative action against us.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the latest version.
